When one of existing clients formed a joint venture with another provider to tender for the provision of the Out Of Hours GP service for Cornwall, SeaDog IT were tasked with designing a new logo - key to the presentation tools they were designing as part of their bid. That meant we had to design a new logo that referenced both organisations in a short space of time.
Understanding the brief and asking the right questions is key to drilling down to what the client really wants. It’s our job to ask the “right” questions.
Having experience with health care providers also helps and this was one of those projects where the delivery time target was absolutely critical.
By being able to deploy the right team members efficiently, a complete web & print design package was produced just when the client needed it.
We were delighted to know that the client’s bid was successful and “our” logo can now be found on clinics and emergency vehicles across the county.
The previous provider of the service had a logo that was more about their corporate muscle than the community is was supposed to be serving – so we needed to reference the region in our design.
The service is based around community hospitals and hubs so we used a circular device that suggests this – referencing colours taken from the logos of both partners of the joint venture.
In designing any new logo, we develop and share a range of variants – but ultimately, we strive to develop unique, purposeful designs that work across your target media and online services – be that your website, social media sites or corporate merchandise.
Thought team SeaDog IT might like to see one of the bid documents with your logo on it. The design looks very good!
