We were thrilled to secure the bid to develop the online presence for a new health care company that, among other things was looking to take over the Out Of Hours service for GP's across Cornwall. With our experience in healthcare businesses and previous work for local medical organisations, we were well placed to progress this project efficiently and with minimum supervision.
Starting up a Community Interest Company to act as the unified voice for over seventy General Practices across a county was always going to be a critical challenge to pull off – not least because the members are the medics on the ground that will be the backbone of a health system that’s fit for the 21st century.
When we secured the work to build their website we had the slimmest of briefs from what was then a fledgling organisation with a ton of mission-critical work to address ahead of producing content for a bunch of website designers.
The client had lots of other challenges to deal with – we focused on getting them online with the minimum of fuss.
We just got stuck in and used our skills, experience and appreciation of what was needed to help get them off the ground. And that’s where our pledge to support our client’s come in.
When their management team was fully formed and their vision clearer, we worked closely with their Chief Operating Officer to fine-tune and polish the finished web experience.
We’ve trained up their office staff to run the site and already, traffic and engagement levels have rocketed.
We had to revamp our website in April this year and SeaDog IT were very accommodating to fit in our urgent demands. We wanted to keep it simple, precise and modern and are happy with the end result.
