St Erth Parish Council stood out from the beginning of our project as a council with a real appreciation of how a website and an online presence could really engage with the community they represent. As with all our our council clients, we continue to support them and offer advice as new local initiatives and activities develop that require website support.
As well as building, designing and creating content for their site we guided their project team through each and every step of the process, keeping them updated on progress to make sure they were happy with the development and addressing any concerns or questions.
From registering their .gov.uk domain, setting up an email service, advising and creating social media services through to extensive work on designing a new logo for the Parish we were there to guide, advise and inform.
When we build a website, we don’t just walk away. We prefer to partner long term with our clients. For local government organisations continuity of service can be a real benefit. Remote support is provided if access to our office in Truro is an issue – but when required we’re happy to meet in places both convenient and convivial for our clients.
Over the the last few years since this site “went live” we’ve advised and helped with everything from online surveys through to site modifications to deal with the information that’s generated as part of their Neighbourhood Planning process.
SeaDog IT values its clients. It listens to them and provides tailor- made solutions which perfectly match the requirements. They respond quickly and effectively to any questions or problems and are calm and professional in their approach to any situation.
