A great event with a heritage this long doesn’t mean a last century website! We were given scope by the client to start from scratch as there wasn’t much about their old site that they liked.
We designed a new logo and drew on a colour palette that picks up on the green fields and blue skies of the Cornish landscape.
By focusing on the the user profiles of users who would actually be interacting with the site, we designed a simple but clear navigation that focused on providing the key information needed for visitors, exhibitors, trade-stands and sponsors.
We were amazed at the amount of effort channeled into posting schedules and info that could be much more efficiently organised through online forms. We made a start on cutting down their postage costs!
Our website training package now means they’re able to update content and news on the site and respond to enquiries much more efficiently – when it suits them and without additional support costs. We’ve already identified more improvements that we can work on together such as online ticketing – all focused on making the show bigger, better and more fun so everyone’s a winner!
I am pleased that we chose Dave at SeaDog IT to re-vamp our website. Dave was great to work with, he was helpful and was always at the end of the phone. SeaDog IT has provided us with a professional and engaging website.
