Gmail Goes Confidential
We’re big fans of Google’s GSuite – a great email solution that has helped many of our Local Government Clients establish a secure, professional email service.
Great to see that “Confidential Mode” will be enabled now by default now for GSuite users from June 25th – even better email security! When Gmail messages are sent in confidential mode, it helps protect from unauthorized access and recipients don’t have the option to forward, copy, print, or download their content or attachments. Senders can also set an expiration date for messages sent with confidential mode and revoke access to them at any time.
SeaDog IT has been using Gmail as part of GSuite for over 8 years we absolutely love it! More here … and if you’d like help in setting up a better email solution just get in touch.
