We have designed & developed an Improved WordPress Website Accessibility Template (IWWAT) specifically focused on helping Councils upgrade or build new websites to meet The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations that came into force on the 23rd September 2018. Our websites are supported with secure, UK-based server systems for managed hosting of your site that takes care of backups, routine maintenance and site security – allowing staff to focus on Council business and communications rather than IT maintenance.

Given the increase in website attacks – whether they be DoS (denial of service) or hackers we take website security very seriously. All our websites are supported with secure, UK-based server systems with managed hosting takes care of backups, routine maintenance allowing your staff to focus on Council business rather than IT maintenance. We build in many additional security features including the ability to auto-lock out unauthorised attempts to login after a set number of attempts for a specified duration.

Your new site will include an endpoint firewall and malware scanner to protect your WordPress website. This is kept up to date with the newest firewall rules, malware signatures and malicious IP addresses it needs to keep your website safe. All users with access to the site have two factor (2FA) authentication as an additional precaution so even if your password is compromised, you have an additional level of protection.
