Cornish Art & NFT’s
Although our SeaDog.IT business is “digital” – fundamentally we’re all about helping people do their “thing” online – whether that’s sharing, selling, informing, engaging, educating – or, occasionally, entertaining.
Once in a while, all that “techie” stuff behind the scenes reminds but simultaneously energises us when we recall that all those pixels, programs, plugins & code can help showcase tangible, beautiful art.
Sure, NFT’s are a “thing” at the moment – but I don’t think we will, or should, ever get tired of enjoying art in a physical space, – be that in a gallery, installation or (best place IMHO) a home.
So it was an immensely pleasurable experience to slip into the Heseltine Gallery in Truro a few weeks ago to view the work of @the5collectivecornwall – and especially our client – Maxine Whitbread-Abrutat.
As a Cornish artist living on the wild, North Atlantic coastline she’s been inspired from a young age by the beauty of the landscape around her.
Check out her website and as she likes to quote: “To draw, you must close your eyes and sing’’ – Pablo Picasso.
